A tiny apartment with three neighbors that share too little space and too much curiosity is the setting for a wordless comedy of ego and envy. Minnie finds the drive to do her thing with determination, Max tries to occupy the shadows, and Daddy lets technology control his actions. Every look, every move, every chip crunch becomes a pure and acerbic competition, a stumbling, calculating competition. Freakier Monday becomes a contemporary myth about attention, authority, and the non-identical barriers between individuals who believe they are being seen, between cringeworthy quips and unexplainable moments.
